In a training we use a simple and not too complicated case somehow familiar to all participants to demonstrate the methodology, while in a workshop we use the real situation that is as perceptions in the heads of the participants.A training workshop is a type of interactive training where participants carry out a number of training activities rather than passively listen to a lecture or presentation. a small establishment where manufacturing or handicrafts are carried on workroom. a usually brief intensive educational program for a relatively small group of people that focuses especially on techniques and skills in a particular field.
